APPLICATIONS:-
Design is extremely rugged for continious service. Guaranteed to give the better production per KW of power atleast 10-25% or even more.PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION:-
A feeder introduces raw material into grinding chamber of mill where it is ground between the grinding rolls and Bull ring. being free to pivot, rolls need no readjustments to compensate for wear. Air sweeps ground material to the classifier that seperates the desired fines,and the rest is returned for regrinding. the sized material is removed by the cyclone and airborne fines are removed by a dust collector. An attractive advantage which is most appealing is the ease and speed with which normal maintenance can be undertaken. It is a relatively simple operation to change the Die-Ring. A complete roll assemble can be removed from the mill and laid on the floor in half-an-hour. The overhead drive arrangement helps in better accessibility.FOUNDATION:-
The only Pulverizer designed to be installed on a foundation flush with the ground level. This materially improves the sturdy and silent running of the pulverizer. It also represents a worthwhile simplification and drastic reduction in foundation costs.CONSTRUCTION:-
The complete system is supplied by BFE for relaibility and Guaranteed successfull operation.
these mills have only two roll head assemblies.only two rollers have to be changed. the use of two heavier roll assemblies gives better Grinding force than the multiple smaller and light three or five roll assemblies. there is a greater open area in the grinding mill which allows the free passage of air & more space for maintenance.
Bevel gears are integral part of the machinery maintenance.
the interior of the mill is readily accessible.
The high dependability of the mill is due to our incorporating large antifriction bearings. heavy oversize forged shafts and a simple, foolproof lubrication arrangement. Bearings in the roll assemblies are grease lubricated and forget that in the gear chamber are oil lubricated.
There are no bush bearings a source of constant headache.
Both Die ring and roll heads are manufactured from high wear-resisting alloy.
BFE pulverizer is equipped with rotary type feeders.
BFE pulverizer can be fitted with various types of fineness selectors as per the required fineness of ground material.
A heavy duty all steel dynamically balanced fan provides air to the inlet chamber.passages are designed for efficient air conveying. the cyclone is a special highly efficient design and is fitted with a motorized rotary air lock.
the system air is powerful enough to convey the ground material and discharged into the storage bin. this further saves power and labour.
Due to the fact that this mill system is under negative pressure when in operation. the mill room is clean at all times.
It is recommended to keep the moisture under2% for optimum output. should the feed contain in excess of 2% moisture, it is necessary to dry the feed.

Each installation is engineered BFE to ensure a balance system. each grinding problem has its own peculiarities which makes it different from another, capacity changes with fineness, feed size, moisture content, hardness, abrasiveness and many other factors. Different models are available for varying capacities from 1.5 TPH to 15 TPH depending upon the specific requirement of customers.
The capacities of different models depend upon the final product size and largely would vary with fineness,feed size, moisture content, hardness and many other factors.
